Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient spot for the ferry and offers comfortable stays in all areas. The hospitality shown by the staff is outstanding, setting a high standard for big hotels. However, identical room service could elevate the experience, and the price might not align perfectly with all offered amenities.
The hotel has a lovely location near the river and a cozy bar area. The rooms, especially in the annex for the children, offer built-in closet space and twin beds, though the small bedroom in the suite could be better. The hospitality at this hotel sets a high standard. The restaurant experience after a long drive had its charm, serving fresh fish with great service. It's ideal for a ferry stay, but consider implications on value.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a large separate bathroom, lovely bathroom, built-in closet space, and a comfortable sofa as well as a chair. The service was top-notch and truly showcased exceptional hospitality. The location was convenient, especially for my ferry trips, and I would gladly stay here again when in the area. The dining experience was delightful with the friendliest waitress and typical local bread. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The rooms were equipped with built-in closet space and full facilities, although the twin beds were comfortable, the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The service was impeccable; they could teach big hotels a thing or two about hospitality! The location was perfect for catching the ferry and exploring the pubs nearby, including the Knight's restaurant where I had a fantastic meal. Dining was a highlight with the friendliest waitress and delicious side dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
